Our Philosophy

When you retain a family law firm you expect legal competency, but you also expect the intangibles. You want to connect with your attorney and have them return your calls, provide frequent updates, follow through and achieve good results. You want an attorney who will show understanding and compassion through this very personal and challenging legal process. You are entitled to these courtesies; it is what you can expect from the divorce attorneys at Grossman & Associates.

Established, but not establishment
Treating our clients individually and tailoring our services to meet their unique needs is a distinguishing characteristic of our law firm.  We draw upon our many years of experience in family law, but we know that each case is different and none fit into a cookie cutter solution.

It is our job to analyze your individual situation; present the options, alternatives and solutions; and give you the information you need to make informed decisions based on your special circumstances. We don’t just tell you what to do; we tell you how we, and others, will look at your case, discuss options and expectations. We make sure to include you throughout the process.

Iron fist, velvet glove
We are creative deal makers, not deal breakers. However, every step of a negotiation must be calculated. Opposing moves should be anticipated and motives on both sides understood. Unless litigation affords a strategic advantage, conciliation and strategic pressure should first be considered, as they are likely to produce faster and more economical results. We take strong positions on your behalf and use the subtleties of the negotiation to persistently sell your position.

What you should know about our legal fees
Our billing practices are as important to us as they are to you. As a valued Client, we believe you should be informed of how our business operates and how your legal services and costs will be invoiced.  We hope that our open business practices reflect our philosophy to keep you informed about the status of the legal matter you have placed in our care. Our goal is to keep you informed. You deserve to know who we are, how we work, and the value of the legal services we provide.
